Valdez Luxury Concierge was founded by Elder Jesse Valdez and Evangelist Nicole Valdez — the husband-and-wife evangelistic team behind Valdez Realty Group LLC.

We built this company on a simple conviction: the same excellence, integrity, and heart for serving people that shaped our ministry belongs in business, too. Meet Nicole

Evangelist Nicole Valdez brings 20 years of expertise in the Property Management industry to Valdez Luxury Concierge.

She participated in board meetings and worked hand in hand with CEOs, presidents, regional directors, and investors to bring their vision for each property to life.

Across multifamily communities, she served as Concierge leading leasing operations and the administrative work behind them, including administrative management, CRM database care, compliance, document review, financial reconciliation, vendor and contract coordination. She brings 20 years of expertise as a Yardi Voyager specialist, along with broad experience across property management and administrative software systems.

She has also worked with Class A properties, the luxury standard in property management, and is known for maintaining occupancy rates between 95% and 100% while guiding communities successfully through sales, transitions, and conversions, consistently ahead of deadline.

That same precision, discretion, and care is what she brings to real estate professionals today. Contracts tracked, listings presented flawlessly, databases kept warm, and clients treated like family, because for Nicole, service is not a task list. It is a calling.
